Please Help, Phone won't ring?

Hi I just recieved my hero today and I love it except when I get a text or call it only vibrates, even when the ringer is on full volume. I went to Settings>Ringtone> and everytime I changed my ringtone, it WOULD NOT sample the tone even when the media and ringtone volume was FULL! Please Help this is so annyoing.

Hi Tim,

It's difficult to say what's going on without having a look at the phone. Does the speaker actually work, if you play a song for example?

What I would suggest, as the phone is so new and not heavily customized yet, do a factory reset...

Settings > Privacy > Factory data reset

Ehh no that didn't work...I bought it brand new from a reliable power seller on ebay. Brand new and all. I don't think it was the seller i think it's a factory error. Ill just take it to sprint and hope they can replace it or fix it. Thanks for your reply bluenova.

Get an app called audio manager, and make sure system volume is turned up
