I couldn't find any incoming mail in the inbox after opening them. Does it mean that the inbox doesn't store the incoming mail or they are "hiding" in other folders? Please help me how to have the incoming mails back into the inbox folder. Thanks..

Mine usually end up in the Messaging Inbox. Not sure why yours doesn't do that

Normally my inbox refreshes itself when I open it. Have you tried pressing "menu" hard button, then "refresh" to see if mails appear?

Thanks for all the advise. Finally resolved. I managed to figure it out becos I had set up both email & gmail and found all the read incoming mails went to the trash folder. I shut down the receiving for email and the incoming mails are in the gmail inbox now.
