PLEASE READ: Regarding the SECOND 2.2 Froyo OTA Update (UPDATED: 8/5/10)

We have recently received word that Verizon and Motorola will be pushing a second over-the-air push of Android 2.2 [Froyo]. In order to get the new update, you must first have the first Froyo update installed. Should you happen to be lucky enough to be prompted for the second update, please follow the following instructions so that the rest of us can get in on the newest batch of Froyo:

1. You will first see the the following message appear on your phone should you be lucky enough to receive the second Froyo update:

- DO NOT PRESS ANYTHING!!!!!!

2. PM either Trident or OMJ immediately! We'll assist you from there.

If you want to be able to help us get the OTA location on google servers USB Debugging needs to be turned on before you ever get the notification.

So here are instructions on how to turn it on.

Go to settings
Then Applications
Then Development
Then check the box for USB Debugging
