PM box quadrupled ?

Is it me or has the number of private messages limit quadrupled to 200 .
I was thinking why I havent recieved any warnings and it has crossed the magical 40 messages

Is the forum mandatory? My concern is I only have 1 Rom currently although I could create some mods for other Roms.

I will be creating more Roms going forward but I don't want to unecessarily waste forum space. I'd happily use the custom Rom forum and device forums.

It's mainly the tag I would like for recognition as being able to aid and develop in that area
