Poking my head into Android from an Iphone

Hi ive been using an iphone 3g for the past 2 years and just recently decided to get a samsung galaxy s (vibrant).

I m a little nervous (really) nervous about the switch for I will have to ensure that all my contacts/ texts can get copied over and have to get used to Android...and what possibilities it has.

I jailbroke my iphone and unlocked it so I know pretty well how to customize and tweak it...now I have to relearn it.
Anyhow I look forward to be involved in this enthusiast community !
