I've been using Popup free notifier without any problems for months on both my Samsung Tab 2 and HTC One V phone.
Recently it has stopped working on the phone (still fine on tablet and I checked that the settings match on both).
The message I get on the phone reads:

We detected that you have more than one accessibility service active. Note that accessibility services can be incompatible with each other. If you have trouble getting notifications from 3rd party apps, please disable the other accessibility services.

So I went to Accessibility in SETTINGS and find two listed. The first is TalkBack and it is already set as OFF. The other is Popup Free which is listed as ON.

Anyone have any idea why this nice app won't work on the phone any longer?

I occasionally get some strange error messages from Accessibility setting while adding Notifyer widgets but the app still works fine. Have you tried clearing data & any cache for your app & setting it up again from scratch? Otherwise try contacting the developer.
