How do I get rid of these popups

A Factory Reset should banish them. After that I would reinstall the programs avoiding the last 3 programs you installed. I say 3 but it is probably only one program causing the problem. I'm a firm believer in better safe that sorry though.

There was a hack I used with version 63 of the Chrome browser but it's not working so good now that version 64 of Chrome is out. That hack only applied to the Chrome browser which is where I'm seeing pop-up redirects again.
