Port a Rom?

    Hi, i was wondering if there is a porting guide anywhere with clear instruction or if any members could give me instructions to where i can get it booting up and running? Thanks :)

    Thanks :) .. Anyone??! if some one can give the base file names to replace, so it can boot up at the very least? :D

    Better use dsixdas kitchen porting tools.
    And there are many guides.
    I can post links if u want

    Hey if you are porting a gingerbread ROM MAYBE my guide will help (in my signature), but don't use the files in the guide, use the files from a custom ROM from your phone and replace them onto the ROM you are porting...if it is a gingerbread ROM you are porting, you must use a gingerbread ROM to use to port the files, same thing with froyo, we have no idea about ICS because it has not been developed for my phone yet

    EDIT: This guide has the base file names to replace, no need for a kitchen :D
