Ported from Verizon. Are the local, state & federal taxes applicable on an ETF fee?

I don't think so, though it's been so long since I ported out of Verizon. I think it's a stand alone fee.

I do not believe so. My final bill from t-mobile included an eft fee. I called them to dispute it and the removed it and my final bill was just just adjusted for just the removal of the eft fee. Taxes remained the same...

Ported 4 numbers, 2 of which were out of contract and received a bill for an ETF fee on all 4 lines, plus the taxes. I am just preparing for the battle of getting this resolved.
