LOL, I tried it on mine... nailed it, however, I did give up trying to get it to do punctuation. (Talk-To-Me-Keyboard App). What are you using?

I also tried it with Vlingo (on Nokia N95), was dead-on perfect, punctuation and all.
Hopefully Vlingo will pop up in the Droid market soon.

I've found that the robot understands you better if you in fact talk like a robot.

This has been my funniest so far, I was out running errands and my son was wondering where I was:

"ass ass ass ass on fire station near tomahawk"

What I actually said was "on Superstition near Tomahawk" I was in the car and didn't have my seatbelt on so the no seat belt warning was ding-dinging while I spoke.

I know, I know......I should have had my seatbelt on and I shouldn't even use the speech to text feature of Handcent while driving..........

The truth of the matter is ... it is all too easy to blame softwares like this be NOT being accurate. But sometimes we need to stop and really listen to how we speak. Every time I run across one of these errors, I simply slow down a tad and annunciate each word. The DROID is dead on every time.

My friend and I both have Droids so sometimes I will purposely slur my speech just for the humor factor and to make him figure out what I meant.

Haha, we do this too, and then both send texts to one of our friends, we've had some really really messed up things come out.
