Put it in spoiler, was too long and might disturb a lot of folks.
Finally bought my new tablet a week ago! It can dual-boot Android and Windows 10. Just an experimental purchase. I was really not expecting much but I found myself enjoying a tablet running Windows than Android. It just much better on so many areas. The specs isn't mind blowing but its a budget tablet that only cost around 180$ but it still packs quite an enjoyable experience.

    Display: 10.1 Inch WGXA
CPU: 1.3 GHz Intel Atom Z3735F quad core processor
GPU: Intel HD Graphics Gen 7
    RAM: 2 GB
ROM: 32 GB expandable via micro SD card up to 64 GB
    Back Camera: 2 MP
    Front Camera: 2 MP
    Battery: 8,000 mAh
OS: Windows 10 and Android 4.4 Kitkat
Connectivity: WiFi b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, micro USB
    Dimensions: 172 x 111 x 258 mm
    Weight: 580 g

First of all its a tablet made by the most popular local brand of my country, Cherry Mobile. They're popular since they deliver devices with good specs for a very affordable(sometimes, ridiculously low) price. For a long time I stayed away on this brand because they usually offer very low-end devices but after 2014 they started offering good to great devices without the high price tag. My last two devices came to them and I'm a happy customer.

Bout the device, it comes with Windows 10 pre-installed but the Android counterpart is a little disappointing shipping with 4.4.2 kitkat. For 180$ it is bundled with 1 year MS Office for free and 1TB of one drive. That is a good 84$ dollars free already.

The keyboard-slash-flipcover-slash-stand was a nice bonus. The keyboard doesn't require bluetooth or a cable and all you have to do is attach the tablet to the magnet and you're good to go. Not having mouse button beside the touchpad was a downer though. Function+CTRL/START will never be fun.

Booting to windows takes around 30 seconds and android around 15 seconds. If you're using windows and want to switch to Android, you'll have to shut down first and open the tablet again and choose on the boot-up screen while on android when you hold the power button the usual Power Off, Reboot and Airplane mode have an additional option that you can use that will restart the tablet and will automatically boot to Windows.

Performance wise, its okay. The 2gb ram, gpu and the processor is a bliss when using android but for running windows there are some obvious slowness when using the browser(Edge) from time to time but its okay for running the important stuffs like the MS Office, Photoshop Express and some games like SoulCraft(graphic test and fortunately it run smoothly), Casia and Nocturne with no problem. They said it can run Dota 2, LOL and CS:GO smoothly but I'm not interested on those games.

I thought that the WGXA resolution will be a total downer but I find it more than decent since it is considerably much farther when I'm holding compared to when I'm using my smartphone. My only complain is that my 5 year old laptop's screen is much brighter that this tablet. Still, its sharp enough and vibrant.

Battery life varies around 4-5 hours of screen-on time when running windows. Haven't tested enough on android but I think it should last for around 6 hours. Very grateful that CM was kind enough to put in an 8000 mah battery, my other 250$ android 8" tablet only have 4000mah of battery and doesn't last for 3 hours because of its Quad HD display. Charge time is around 4 hours which I'm okay to deal with. Brought it to school for 3 days. Viewing ppt, docx and pdf, some coding, playing a little and playing music and I found myself going home with still enough juice to play with it before charging.

I also kinda liked the design, could only be me but my other Android tablet that what most people consider "pretty" because of its thinness and curvy design but I hate how thin and slippery it is and so I rarely uses it while on the other hand I like this thick, rubberized back and rugged looking machine.

Bought me one of these while on vacation. A Key West Jeweler had them on sale and because we were on a cruise, coming from the Bahamas, there was no duty, and if they shipped it to my home, there's not tax either, it was a "bargain" ... but you don't want to know what it cost anyway.

That's the principle I use when buying any watch, here's the last one I bought.

I am a bit of a timepiece diva. I've got Movado, Gucci, Raymond Weil and a few others. I had a gold Waltham pocket watch that I had restored, but I gave it to my son on his 21st birthday, which he carried on the day of his wedding. :)

I've never been a fan to Tag's, nor of chronographs, but this one caught my eye and when they went over the sale price and I tried it it on, the Mrs. insisted I buy it. Of course she didn't have to twist too hard. ;)

While you may jest, I have had some el-cheapo watches that i absolutely adored. Some of the original Fossil's come to mind and I still have a 30-year-old Seiko i can't bear to part with. Swiss Army marketed some very attractive casual and sport watches as well.

Rolex has never impressed me, but maybe one day they'll make a decent timepiece. ;)

Yeah, but is it art? :)

I think Rolex must have done a bang up job in terms of marketing because I thought these expensive watches were the pinnacle in terms of craftsmanship. But I know little about the watch market, and what is considered to be a 'good' timepiece.
Is it a bit like Stella Artois beer being "reassuringly expensive"?

Remember that living room set I got, the sectional and recliner? Well we couldn't possibly use the coffee and end tables we already had, I mean we really couldn't, the space was all different and they no longer fit. So we needed a new coffee table and a little table to go by the recliner. (no longer room for traditional end tables because of the sectional.
So behold, my new coffee table and (do they call it an occasional table?) new chair table.

It is heavenly with butter, but honestly I can eat it 'clean', straight out of the packet, no problem. You can't hang around with this stuff, because it loses squidgieness :)
