Quadrant score - 952
Linpack score - 5.476 MFLOPS in 15.31 seconds
o_0 linpack is low, i wonder why? On my i5700 i have ~5, and around 9 with frozenEclair
Could you try to run this bench few times?
linpack is low because it's only on 2.1. Same with Quadrant. Once it gets 2.2 you should see it skyrocket. Same happened with the Nexus One. Scores are around the same as 2.1 on that, and now look at them on 2.2.
Completely stock ROM + Z4root
I guess I forgot to put my results in my post. Quadrant: 973. Linpack: 5.5 MFLOPS. Neocore: 41.9 FPS. Stock Defy
dunno if this will help but,
speedtest.net was 3.0 down and 730 up on my laptop.
speedtest.net was 2.92 down and 690 up on my DEFY over wifi to the same router.
pretty good over a phone to wifi to the net, ya think?
Stock ROM. Defy Blur version 3.6.390 (just got the update yesterday). Rooted, and using SetVsel @ 1 GHZ max. Quadrant scored 1187. Nice!
EDIT/UPDATE 1/30/2011 - Upped to 1.2 GHZ. Very stable. 1218 Quadrant.
Just got the official 2.2.1 update. My phone: Stock 2.2.1 overclocked at 1300@70. Scored 1691 on Quadrant. Just over 15 MFLOPS on linpack. And 40.7 FPS on Neocore.
The Quadrant skyrocket benchmark in android 2.2 is essentially due to a frault in Quadrant. 2378 - Defy Quadrant Benchmark New High - xda-developers
