Currently comming from the prevail board I switched phones and thought I has the galaxy s when in fact I have the galaxy epic

So now I'm here I see there's a bunch of roms and kernes fo this device. Can ayone help me to find a rom that offers speed and stability towards watching youtube videos. And minimal gamming?????

I my phone is on gingerbread fc09. Which rot method should I take apparently I'm reading each thread an nothing seems to be updated for my version....although I could be wrong with some help
