Help Power settings

I've had all three incredibles. I liked how you can change the power settings, like setting notifications like when it gets to 25% to warn me or switch to power saving mode. Is there any way to do this on the incredible 4g? I also don't like how the battery icon in the task bar is orange when there is less than 10% where in the old one it was 15% when it turned red. Is there any way to change that too?

Oh and in the incredible 2, while it was charging you were able to click the clock widget and when it would open, it would tell you how much % the battery has charged so far, is there any way to see this in the incredible 4g?
