General Preordered on the 21st, may not get it until the 3rd. =(

    My phone was preordered on April 21st, but I won't be receiving it today, probably not even tomorrow. =( What a terrible feeling. Having waited all of this time, just to be told to wait... more.

    Hopefully this will give me more time to read reviews and decided what course of action to take when I get the phone, as in apps and issues I might have. Hopefully I will have a checklist of everything to check over so I can determine if there are any issues.

    Back to waiting and without the monstrous thread. =(

    I know there have been problems with cancelling pre-orders but I wonder if you could get it cancelled now since the csr's should be able to see the orders since the phone is released? I would check to see if you can get one at a store and see if they can help you. It seems kinda crazy that they are having so many problems. Sorry that you have to wait. I was feeling tortured because I couldn't get mine till this morning.

    Yup mine still hasnt came, ordered on 26th.. shipped 27th.. via usps ( who knows why)
    still isnt here....

    that sucks, i called VZW at 3pm EST today to order it and have FedEx delivery for tomorrow before 3pm also, it was free too.

    Another strange story! I didn't pre-order until the 22ND and got mine yesterday the 28th.

    So many variations! :thinking:

    think i pre ordered mine on the 27th month to month at full retail and recieved it today. awesome phone for sure.

    As quirky as Verizon is, I don't want to cancel and try again.

    I ordered the phone on an account that my girlfriend and I share. She is a Verizon employee, which generally means that they assume we are crap. I've never felt so disrespected when I had an issue. EPP (the people who handle Verizon employee issues) are the biggest group of douchebags... EVER. I had numerous issues with my Voyager and most of them went unresolved, because dealing with them was such a hassle.

    I've got my order confirmation number and have the shipping notification, when I check it, but no phone. I called today, just before I posted, and asked about the order. While the order is processed and ready to go, it hasn't shipped or made any movement. I was told that I "probably" wouldn't get it tomorrow either. They "expected" that it would be shipped to the call center (where my girlfriend works) by Monday.

    Even though I am on a share plan with an employee account I still have to pay money. My monthly bill is half off and we get a weak discount on accessories, I had to fork over 200 bucks for the phone (we don't get NE2 discount, but we get new phones every 10 month for the 2 year contract price), I'd just like some actual customer support.

    I promise I'm not terribly upset or bitter, but I know how much they make in the call centers and it's more than enough to be at least marginally respectful to me when I have an issue. *sigh*

    Phoned CSR on Wednesday 4/28 to place order. She explained that she couldn't place the order until Thurs. 4/29 when it was released. Received e-mail from her on 4/29 (9AM) with order number. An hour later received shipping confirmation with Fedex tracking number (next day delivery -- waived charge) and expect delivery tomorrow. CSR stated that "on-line" orders are filled from different location (vis-a-vis "phone orders") and on-line could run out/have delays. Didn't quite believe her but I can't complain. Looking forward to tomorrow!
