Prestigio Multipad 8.0 HD Can't mount 'factory', wipe it !

Hi there,


I dont know if it's a good topic but I've got a problem. Today I was trying to update software on my Prestigio Multipad 8.0 HD. I downloaded 2 versions of software(from producent site) 1.0.45 and 1.0.42. I formatted SD card (FAT32) and I unpacked files(soft 1.0.45) on the card. I put this card to tablet(it was turned off) and I pressed POWER + VOL+. After a few seconds update was installing but error suprised me..

Can't mount 'factory', wipe it!

Verifying update package...
Installing update...
Formatting /cache...
Formatting /data...
Formatting /cache...
Data wipe failed...
Formatting /cache...
Cache wipe failed...

I was trying to wipe data/factory reset and wipe cache partition but still getting the same error and also I was trying to update second one soft 1.0.42.. STILL THE SAME ERROR

Can someone help me ?
