I can't seem to keep my blackout version of the play store. Soon as I turn on WiFi, it updates again. So frustrating! I used to freeze MarketUpdater.apk but its not there. Anyone know how to fix this?

In the play store hit your menu key and there will be an option to "Auto update apps" just select not to update them and it should stop it from updating.

Sorry, maybe I wasn't clear... I don't want the play store itself to update. I already have unchecked the box that allows apps to auto update.
I have a holo blue/black version of the play store (4.4.22) and it keeps updating to 4.5.10 by itself so I lose my blue/black theme.

Maybe you could freeze the Google play services app with titanium backup. Not really sure if that will work or not.
