Preventing Dark Theme auto-enabling

It seems like every day I have to disable Dark Theme.

Is there any way to prevent it from auto-enabling?

I shouldn't auto enable itself. How are you disabling it? If you go into Settings, then Display and finally Dark Theme, you should see:

It says that Dark Theme will never turn on automatically. If that is what you're doing, then could you be accidentally turning it on in the shortcuts above your notification list?

Also on the moto app, once you change your theme around, you can set it either to twilight to light, or have it automatically set as dim.
