Printing from phone

I know how phone to printer works, I would like to know how to print from apps that don't have a print command built into settings.

I use Colornote. I would like to print a small calendar to keep track of one cat's medication. A small one for the fridge would be fine, then the Vulcan can see it, too. Is there a command like "print screen" in Android?

I have both Samsung and Brother laser printers, both have apps for the phone.

I will not use Google or MS.

I usually take a screen shot then print from gallery.

I found it. You can use a 3 finger swipe. The only problem is you have to turn it on each time. I didn't know that and was swiping the calendar down each time I tried.

I can print via straight wifi on the Samsung and Brother.
