privacy protection password

i have itel A15 smart phone, its a dual simcard phone. i changed one simcard and inserted my other simcard then rebooted the phone. its saying enter privacy protection password. i remember putting ant theft setting on but i dont remember my password or even setting a password. i tried to enter 0000 and 1234 as default passwods but stil it cant open. i have tried to re-insert back the original simcards i was using when setting up anti theft settings but stil the cant open. help me please!!! am unable to make calls.
