Does anyone know of an app in the market that identifies callers that block their number?

C) Wouldn't your phone just show restricted or nothing when they call if it is blocked? Maybe I'm not understanding you question correctly.

No. None.
You can however block incoming callers

I'm getting prank calls from a blocked number. I want to find out who it is.

I don't think there is a way as that is handled at the carrier level. As alluded, you con usually block calls from restricted numbers, or set the ringtone to silent.

I have AT&T and if I answer the call, I can look on my acct detail and it shows the callers number.

I've had calls from 000-0000, 123-4567, etc, even my own number. Numbers can and are spoofed daily, so even if you could find out, your harasser might be spoofing your wife.GF, or mama's number. Then what ? ? ?
