Root PRL update via phone?

Only reason I ask is because I don't have a laptop atm. It broke

Check the "Fix Everything" thread, it does exactly that.

On the Evo 3D, if you are on a rooted GB based Sense ROM with an epst.apk you can enter ##775# (##PRL#) after getting your MSL using MSL Reader from the Play Store and change your PRL from the phone. I know this works using MeanROM GB on the Evo 3D because I've done it myself to test the process, but don't know if it works on the Evo V or not. It's probably not going to be worth the bother though for the benefit you will receive from doing it.
