Support Problem after marshmallow update

    Updated to marshmallow last night now cant get my email to sync or send at all, have deleted my account and made sure auto sync etc is on but not helping...any ideas
    I have galaxy s6 on vodafone

    I have always found it best to do a factory reset after a large update like from 5.1 to 6.0. You may want to try and boot into recovery mode first and clear the cache partition then reboot and see if that helps. From off, hold volume up button+home+power till phone vibrates and you see blue writing in upper left corner then release power button. Continue holding other two till you see Recovery screen. Use volume buttons to navigate to clear cache then press power to select then select reboot phone after cache wipe.

    If you choose to factory reset back up anything you don't want to loose. Factory reset will erase all user data.
