I am having problems booting my phone on the Extended battery.

Almost got screwed by it this morning. For some reason, putting in the standard battery boots the phone. If I connect the phone (with the ex. battery fully charged) to a charger, the battery level shows as 0%, then 10 seconds later 15%. Then 60% and finally 100%.

My phone's not stock. I upgraded to the, then installed Tranquility 2.3, then installed rubiX.
I cleared the Dalvik cache and battery something or other so I'm guessing one of these ****ed with the battery meter and the phone thinks there's no battery power (hence the initial zero percent reading).

Anyone else experience this? I'm thinking of SBF'ing back to 2.1.
