I downloaded about 10 app updates to my Samsung tablet , including Package Disabler Pro, which asked me to download another app (I think it's called something like PD engine).
As i had to re-disable the apps following the update, I may have disabled something I shouldn't have.
Now the tablet is just sitting there with "starting tablet". I've tried switching it off & on. I left it switched off overnight; when I switched it on again it now says "Android is starting"
Any ideas what I should do now? Can I connect the tablet to a PC and delete the Package Disable app?
