Root problem getting back to stock

im having a problem geting backt o stock right now.
when i try to flash the spf with rsd lite it wont let me press the start button. I thought the file was corrupted so i redownloaded it but i still have the same problem. I tried with rom manager but an error keeps occuring when it trys to flash or what ever it is called. I tried dmupdater but it takes me to an error screen when i open the app. I dont know any other ways to get to stock.

Have you used RSD before? Do you have the correct drivers installed on your computer, and are you in the bootloader on your phone while you're doing it?

i know rsd lite is working because i flashed the sprecaovery spf file on my friends phone yesterday. and yes im in the boot loader

I have the same problem trying to flash the stock 2.01 image in rom manager too.

I haven't had a chance to try rsd lite and the sbf file yet.
