Help problem getting past the opening screen

Just got ideapad a1 and did the initial setup after charging the batteries. Got up early today turned it on but can't get pass initial screen. I get the date and time and an open padlock below on the left side and a sound icon on the right side. None of the buttons will respond to anything. I've powered it out and in several times and I'm stuck. Any ideas on how to get pass this? Is there a reset button anywhere?

Are you dragging the lock to the right?
You have to momentarily hold it right across.
I think it may have possibly rebooted itself if you haven't seen this before.
