Support problem gray bar

    I have problem
    When I touch the left side of the screen
    suddenly appears gray stripe
    How to get rid of it?
    Please help me its relly annoying
    P.s
    I have samsung galaxy note 3 LTE

    Try disabling 'Multiscreen' in settings or via the drop down menu, if it works then re-enable it just to see what happens as it looks like its the multi screen tab that's causing the issue.

    Edit: or quicker still, long press on the 'back' button to see if that removes it.

    I try this before ths post..
    Still not working
    I dont know what is this and what is
    the reason but
    I hope someone else will know what to do
    cause it's really making me crazy

    try removing your battery, then replace and reboot.
