Problem in flashing kernel in xperia ray

when i type "fastboot flash boot bootuv5.img" in fastboot.exe it says waiting for device but i alredy plugged my ray to computer

when i checked for connected devices ( "fastboot devices")there is no response
need help!!!!! plz help
