Problem Installing GTA III

Hello, I have this problem, that I cannot install gta 3, I have the apk file, and I open it, theres this text what it may cause and shit, and theres button Install and Cancel, I can press Cancel but I cannot press Install..
Anyone know what to do?

Cant it be because I dont have enough memory space.
How much does it need? I have like 450MB free space.

Hmm, Grand Theft Auto III is a paid app in the Google Play Market, so there should be no need for you to be trying to side-load a paid app's .apk file, right?
