problem installing VLC on android TV

Can not install any other version higher Than -
apk - VLC for Android 3.5.0 Beta 3 (arm-v7a) (Android 4.2+).
1- ( what I tried) deleted Android 3.5.0 Beta 3 - tried to install 3.5.1( message -app did not install) - tried to install 3.5.2 -get message -app did not install.
- tried re-installing - 3.5.0 Beta 3 - app installed successfully . Does this mean that my android TV is - android version - 4.2 & that all vlc version past 3.5.0 are made for more recent android version ??

What build of VLC are you trying to install?. Because there's ARM 32 bit, ARM 64 bit, as well as the x86 builds.

If it's an older phone or tablet you've got there, try the ARM 32 bit build from here.

Was the APK package of VLC v3.5.2 which you have tried from the official website as below?
