Root Problem trying to flash the Desire ROM

I am trying to flash MoDaCo Desire Custom ROM. I downloaded the file, renamed it update.zip, copied to my sd card, went to recovery mode, did a wipe, and attempted to flash. Thing is I get the following error:

Installing from sdcard......
Finding update package............
Opening update package............
E:Can't open /sdcard/update.zip (bad)

Installation aborted

I tried downloading it again (thinking it was a bad download) but got the same result.

Any ideas?

All the downloads must have been bad. I found another mirror and the flash went fine.

I downloaded over and over then it finally worked for me. File was bad.
