I've had the droid 2 for quite a while, and then I ended up destroying my screen. When I got my replacement through Verizon and their insurance company Asurion, I was pretty ecstatic... Until it froze on me after about twenty minutes of use. Since then, when I power on the phone, only one out of every thirty times does it even show the Motorola logo. And maybe one out of every ten times the logo actually shows up, the phone actually boots correctly. But it seems almost pointless because after it boots I can't get more than five to ten minutes of use out of it before it freezes.
I'm guessing it isn't a hardware issue, as it is a fully refurbished phone, but beyond that, I have no idea how I could fix it. I've thought maybe somehow reinstalling the OS on the phone may work, but I have no idea how do to so. Anyone think they can help? It'd be greatly appreciated.
