Problem with Galaxy Siii For Downloading Audio Files

Hello Every Body. I have a weird problem with a Galaxy SIII. when it connects to WiFi, an Error shows up with this text "Oops, there is a problem with downloading the audio file, please try again". I thought it could be from communication apps like Viber, Wechat, Line or Whatsapp. I tried to stop this four application and realize this error depends to which one of these four. I couldn't uninstall this apps because the chat history is important for the owner of the phone,and also there is no setting for downloading the files in wechat, viber and Line. Please Help me if this occurred to you guys
