Problem with Incoming calls

[Android Question]

I am using Samsung Duos grand .

When my friends try to reach my number they get switched off even though my phone is on and i have not activated any blocking mode .
I have hard reset the phone and changed to a new sim but no use

I am using Airtel network . Can any one help on this .

That is pretty strange - can you clarify that you are getting signal?
