Support Problem with Internal memory

    Hi all im new to this forum and I have a question hope someone can help me
    My phone is a Huawei bought it 3 days ago and it says that has 4gb internal memory, i downloaded summoners war (which has 1gb) and some other minor apps of 10mb each and my internal memory is already full, its says that i can use 1.97gb of the 4gb and after installing that game i only have 300mb so something is not right..can someone help me here? is there any way to improve the internal memory or make the games install on the micro sd?

    4GB is the size of the memory module installed, not the usable memory. So some of it will be taken by the system. Kind of like when you buy a laptop which sayd 500GB hard drivr but you only get 440GB because the OS uses up some of it.

    After installing apps, some manufacturers add the option to move the app to SD, but this only moves part of the app. If your phone doesn't have that option, your only choice is root.
