General Problem with Mobile Network

    So I had a terrible time activating this phone. But the problem now is that under the settings<wireless & networks the mobile network part says "turning on" but it's greyed out, and has a green checkmark by it. It flashes something real brief, and goes back to the same.

    Anyone know what I can do?

    Couple topics on this already. Basically call Verizon. Your data profile isn't setup properly in their system. Get with a tech and they can get you going.

    There is nothing wrong with your phone. If you are connected to a wifi connection this will show that the mobile network is disabled. Once you disconnect from wifi the mobile network will reconnect.

    Thanks Mindraven. I did have to call VZ. Basically did a hard reset b/c it wasn't noticing my data plan. It works just fine now. Thankfully I didn't have anything on the phone.
