Root Problem with my Volt receiving GoogleVoice/Hangouts incoming calls on Carbon remix ROM.

here is a problem I need someones help on.

Anyone calling my GoogleVoice # hears a " beep beep beep pause beep beep beep " first after I answer call on my Boost LG Volt with Hangouts 8.0 and Hangouts dialer installed. During this time my hangouts displays " Trying to join the call ... " and after that goes away THEN the call is connected on both ends. Usually the person has hung up by then because they cant hear me saying hello and I can't hear them until it finally connects, by then most people have hung up. I've tried every setting to no avail. I can call out just fine no delays.

So here's the wierd thing. It doesn't do this on another Boost Volt running stock ROM, works as it should rings and I connect right away no " beep beep beep pause beep beep beep ". On the problem Volt, I'm running Carbon remix 4.4.4. And its also done this on SlimKat remix too. So is it possible something in those ROMs is screwing up Hangouts from receiving an incoming call with no delay? Like maybe a build prop setting? Or is it caused by CM11 itself ? Any thoughts?

Oh and my main line on this phone is RingPlus with the APN 4.4 fix I flashed. GV/Hangouts is my backup line.

On my wife's Samsung galaxy s3 running carbon it does the same thing but if I flash back to stock its fine so its not just the volt having this issue I two have had this problem with hangouts on many different devices

Yes it runs fine on stock Volt rom but not this CM11 rom's. I google searched but can't find a solution yet. It's annoying for sure. Thats why I was thinking it may be something in the build prop file or similar. I know it's not on googles end , I even tried logging in another GV account same thing.

its not cm11 I have experienced this issue with many different devices it's always the same scenario stock ROM Hangouts incoming calls work perfect as soon as I flash a non stock ROM I run into the same issue I've experienced this issue with Samsung Galaxy S3 Samsung Galaxy Rush LG Tribute ZTE awe and a couple other devices I can't remember
