Problem with phone calls and messages

Hi guys,

Whenever I try to enter my phone calls or messages I have to wait approximately 5, 6 seconds to see the list of calls or messages. And that really frustrates me, because my phone is super fast, everything else works perfectly beside that. I tried everything I know to fix it, deleting all text messages and phone calls, I cleaned my memory, even restored my phone but it's the same.

So if anyone has a sollution to my problem, please let me know.

Update your device to Android 4.3, and your problem might be solved.
