Good morning all- I have a POP mail account that I have my EVO setup to check every 10 minutes during peak times. When I get home from traveling, I'll open my Outlook and get all the messages that I have saved on my phone to open up. The problem is the messages stay on my phone even if I try to force a "check mail" on my phone. How do I get them to disappear once I have the messages on my home computer in Outlook?

If you use K-9 email (free, in the Market), it will automatically get rid of emails once you have read them in Outlook the next time you get mail in K-9.

K-9 also does a great many things better than the stock email program.

In the Stock Mail app I think you have to manually delete them when using POP.

Thanks for the info. I'm going to try K-9 mail for awhile and see how it works for me. So far, so good. Thanks!
