Problem With Rooting 2.1 Updated Sprint Hero

Ok.....I have a Sprint HTC Hero with the 2.1 update. as of now....every single root procedure i have tried does not work. Even trying to undo the update has not worked....I really want to root.....pleeeeeeaaase help!!



Ok....now I feel like an asshat....lol....sorry guys.....I guess I skipped the very first post....my bad. Thanks for setting me straight.

It is not possible/yet. Says so right at the top of this section, in bold: "[Warning] Official 2.1"

lololol... it's all good, just be patient, the ROOT will come soon. I have a sneaking suspicion not too long after the EVO Root goes public. At the worst, shortly after the Kernel is released! So many a few months. Just my $.02
