Problem with vibration on navigation and keyboard buttons

Hello, good people! Yesterday, I turned off the sound of my Huawei P9 lite mini. Today, when I already turned on the sound, the navigation button and the keyboard buttons don't vibrate. I restarted my phone multiple times, checked the sound settings and the Vibrate Touch button is ON... my safe energy is off.. and still there is no vibration on the navigation button and keyboard... even though the "Vibrate when touch" button is ON. Please, help me solve this problem since it is awful (((

Can you set it on "vibrate only" and see if the little motor that causes the vibration still works? It might have just failed when you tried to turn it on from silent mode.

By vibrate only, you mean to set it from Sound to Vibration, right? No, it doesn't work...

Hmmm. I think you might have had a hardware failure there. You can't fix that with settings, you'll have to get it serviced, or learn to live with it.
