Help Problem with voicemail

I don't seem to be able to get voicemail to kick in.

My phone is on JD4.

I have tried with both my T Mobile sim and my wife's Orange sim, but voicemail won't kick in with either. The voicemail numerbers were correct in the settings and I access voicemail from the phone.

Any ideas?

You have to activate Voicemail. As you're with T-Mobile UK dial 222.
