Hi, i have damaged my proxy sensor on the xperiax10i, and when a call ends, the screen remains blank, and I have to remove the battery to end the call, and give me access to all the other funtions of the phone. I have checked the service area of android, home, back etc, and it shows the proxy sensor as being off, but I am unable to make any changes on this screen. SOooooo, does this mean the sensor is actually off, or is the sensor on and the screen is giving me the option of turning it off? This is frustrating!!!! appreciate any infor and help.
    cheers

The only thing I can think of is that you run a repair using either PC Companion or Sony Ericsson Update Service which will wipe your phone back to factory settings and if the problem is a software one, it should sort it out but if it doesn't then I think you will need to get it looked at by technicians.

Just remember to back up everything that is important to you first.
