4Weeks ago I broke my phone that i had just bought new, and not cheap. I had to get a new phone right away, bought a used samsung android. Used but look and worked like new. about 5 days ago it started shuting of and restarting when i open an app (internet exp., email, etc.) and now its once every four or five time i open an app. Can it be fixed?

Sorry to hear about your phone troubles, Sean. If you tell me which phone exactly you have, I will be happy to move your question into the device forum, in hopes of finding someone knowledgeable for your device.

Sometimes, clearing the cache of a device is a way to get it running better. Unless you are rooted and running a custom recovery, this requires a factory reset of your phone. Have you attempted to do one of those yet?
