I did a factory reset on my phone yesterday because I read some articles on how it would make my phone faster since it was running very slow and crashing every possible second. So I did the reset and everything was working fine but this morning a box kept appearing with this message "attention requested service not subscribed OK" then when I click okay another message appears indicating that I'm now connected to my wifi. That box appears every single time, I tried the reset again and it keeps showing, it's very annoying because it interrupts everything I do.

What kind of phone do you have and who is your carrier? I have seen this when an IMEI is not recorded properly at the carrier. When you performed the reset, did you leave the SIM card in or did you take it out?

If you go to menu>settings>about phone>status do you see an IMEI number? (please don't post it, I just want to make sure it's there.)

You might need to have your sim replaced or reprovisioned by VMM.
