Help problems after rooting..

Hello..I'm new to android and this is my first android phone the note 2. After just 20 days I decided to root my phone and I rooted it with cwm on ubuntu linux. As I'm a newbie I didnt know I wont be able to update my phone after rooting. So I googled it and found about stock recovery and I did it through cwm recovery. The problem now is that after getting to 4.1.2 I cant boot back into cwm recovery and all files that need root say "no proper root access" . The superSU says failed to update binary. The learning hub app that comes pre installed says that rooting is detected...I dont know what to do. I tried to reroot but only the flash counter would increase but the current binary remains samsung official....pls I need help so desperately....

Welcome to the forums!

I just want to make sure I'm understanding all of this correctly.

1. You rooted and added CWM
2. Stock recovery via CWM
3. OTA (over the air) update to 4.1.2 (ie: you didn't flash 4.1.2, but downloaded it from your carrier, correct?)
4. CWM doesn't work
5. superSU doesn't work
6. Samsung's Learning Hub thinks you're rooted

As dreadnatty said, if you could tell us which version of the Note II you have (and also your region if you don't mind, as not many regions have the 4.1.2 update yet), that would help us greatly.
