    Hi!

I have problems messaging on my Galaxy S2.

I get two threads on one person in the message overview. This resulting in that the one I am texting with does not get my message. Annoying! I have to answer in an other thread than the one I just got the message from.

I have assured my self that the number in my contacts is stored once.

Please help, I am thankful for any kind of relevant information.

Are both threads the person using the same number? If the person is stored in your phone with two different numbers, each number will have a separate thread.

    Thanks for the quick respond!

Yes, the contact is stored with only one number. Weirdest thing!
But I'm wondering if I have overseen something. You see, sometimes when I call this person, the direction number for Norway(+47) comes up, and then the call gets ended. I have more than one number registered with +47, so that should'n really become a problem either.

I've had the Samsung Galaxy S2 for only a couple of days now, but am also having the same issue. When I send a message for the first time to a contact the message appears in a new thread, but when they reply (and I subsequently reply to their reply) the messages appear together in a second thread. It's rather frustrating. Nobody has found a way to resolve the issue yet?

Hmm, how are the numbers saved in your device? It maybe that you need to save the number in the same format as they are incoming. I have my numbers saved in with the country code (ex. +63XXXXXXXXXX), so this doesn't happen to me.
