The settings for my apn disappeared so now my Mobil network is disconnected. I am using a Samsung galaxy s4 sqh-i337. Does anyone know what I put in the fields to activate it?

Welcome to androidforums, could you please provide more details of your location and the carrier you are using? APNs are always automatic, you don't have to add them, they should just pick from the connected network. Maybe there is low network reception with your carrier, try doing a network search and see how that works.
