Help problems with calls

The random vibrating/number entering is your face dialing. It's an issue with most touchscreen phones. If you don't hold the phone just right, the proximity sensor won't shut off the screen, so any contact with your cheek will do something - enter numbers, mute the call, turn on speakerphone (what I usually do). Trying not to rest the phone directly on your face when talking is about the only fix.

Can't help with the extension, since I actually haven't done that.
